Music Ministry—Free sight-singing class!
On Thursday evenings from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Dr. Gorby will offer a free sight-singing class for any parishioners. Sight-singing is one of the most important skills we need in order to sing a large volume of liturgical music. While many touring singers (pop, folk and other) sing the same rotation of 12-30 songs, we in the church need to be able to sing many hundreds more per year... and with great feeling and connection! How on earth do we do that and why is that a fair expectation? Sight-singing. It's critical to a successful music program. Whatever level your skill, you will benefit and grow with more experience and coaching in this area. Thursday evenings at 6:30pm!
